Lena Dianda is an Asset Manager with over 20 years of experience in utility management and public works. Through her various assignments Lena has assisted municipalities develop asset management strategies, frameworks, and processes. She has assisted with numerous AM implementations including the formation of corporate AM programs that include high level strategic objectives, fulsome processes, tactical plans, detailed asset data analysis, and AM training. With a personal interest in strategic planning, performance management and continuous improvement Lena has developed a unique strategic focus to her AM assignments. Her strength is her ability to connect the high-level vision to tactical plans.
Lena currently provides AM support to GM BluePlan Engineering and is involved in municipal service reviews and business optimization projects. Prior to joining GM BluePlan Lena held an Advisory role in the office of the General Manager of Toronto Water where she was responsible for progressing customer service and technology initiatives and strategies and provided issues management support.
Lena lives in Hamilton with her daughter and little dog Poppy (who you will probably hear from today).
