Mark Jasper, CRSP, is a Registered Safety Professional with 20 years of experience in all phases of emergency management. Mark provides comprehensive solutions for complex incidents on a national basis. Mark has created core response programs for Canada’s foremost chemical/petroleum producers, distributers and transporters (road, rail, pipeline marine). Mark has designed and instructed hazardous materials safety and regulatory programs for clients in the chemical, oil and gas, transportation and regulatory sectors. Over the past two decades, Mark has developed and managed two of the largest Canadian emergency response contractor networks and contributes to committees, task forces, and regulatory, industry specific, and government associations, working to improve emergency preparedness, response, and incident management; Mark believes in fostering leadership and sharing ideas.
